Malai Thai Massage Oakland Policy
To provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

1. Late
Arrival Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late, your massage may need to be shortened to the remaining time available.
The full price of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply.
For example, if you book a 60-minute massage and arrive 15 minutes late, your massage may be limited to 45 minutes, but the 60-minute service price will still apply.
This policy ensures that we can respect the appointment times of all clients.
2. Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. No-Show
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us, the appointment will be considered a No-Show. A No-Show fee may apply, and future appointments may require a deposit.
4. Rescheduling
We are happy to reschedule your appointment when possible. However, repeated late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows may require a deposit or advance payment for future appointments.

5. Massage Service Safety
For the health and safety of our clients and massage therapists, our establishment has the following service policies:
5.1 Pregnant Clients
We are currently unable to provide massage services to clients who are pregnant.
5.2 Clients with Pacemakers or Other Implanted Cardiac Devices
We are currently unable to provide massage services to clients who have a pacemaker or other implanted cardiac device.
5.3Clients with Skin Conditions
may receive Thai Traditional Massage only. Oil, cream, lotion, or other topical products will not be used during the massage. The massage will be performed as a dry massage without the use of oils or creams.
These policies are established to help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of both our clients and our massage therapists.
